Meet Bob & Jessica
Weaver's Lawn Care & Design is owned and operated by Bob and Jessica, who bring two different but complementary skill sets to every project.
Together, they combine hands-on project experience with thoughtful landscape and planting design to help homeowners throughout Lake County and Northeast Ohio create landscapes that look great and make sense for their property.
Bob: Operations & Installation
Bob manages operations, crews, and client relationships with a focus on keeping projects on track and making sure the details are done right. His training includes certifications from the Hardscape Academy, Oberfields, and Unilock, along with manufacturer credentials in hardscape installation best practices.
Jessica: Landscape & Plant Design
Jessica is Weaver's lead designer and the creative eye behind garden bed renovations, planting plans, and landscape installations. She brings a designer's perspective to each project, thoughtfully considering plants, layouts, textures, and how the finished landscape will complement the home.
A More Thoughtful Approach to Landscaping
We believe good landscaping starts with understanding the property, choosing the right plants and materials, and taking the time to do the work properly. It's a straightforward approach that Bob, Jessica, and the Weaver's team bring to every project.
We Listen First
Every property and homeowner is different. We start by learning what you want to change, what isn't working now, how you use your property, and what you'd like your finished landscape to become.
We Know Plants & Landscapes
Plant selection isn't an afterthought. We consider sunlight, growing conditions, mature plant size, appearance, and maintenance so your landscaping makes sense for your home now and continues to look good as it grows.
We Care About the Finished Result
From the initial plan through installation, we stay focused on the details that turn a good idea into a finished landscape that's thoughtfully planned, properly installed, and built around your property.
